Spiced chickpeas
Ingredients

Preparation
1.Wash the chickpeas well and remove all the dirt.
2.In a container, cover them with water and a tablespoon of vinegar. Let them soak overnight.
3.The next day, drain them well and in a pan with enough oil, add the chickpeas, adding cayenne pepper, ground pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and salt (all to taste).
4.Mix it well and when the oil starts to bubble, cover them for 15 minutes.
5.After that time, take them out and let them cool.
