Ingredients

🥕🥒 Do you want a simple and nutritious snack to take to school or send your children to school? We recommend a Hummus with raw vegetables:

- 1 can of cooked chickpeas

- 1/4 cup tahini

- 1/4 cup lemon juice

- 2 cloves of garlic

- 1/4 cup olive oil

- Salt and ground cumin TERANA to taste

- Raw vegetables for dipping (carrot, celery, cucumber, red pepper, etc.)

Preparation

In a food processor, blend the chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, salt and TERANA ground cumin until smooth.
Serve the hummus with the raw vegetables for dipping.
