Cheese stuffed chiles recipe
Ingredients
● TERANA hammered chile
● 4 chilaca chiles (or any chile you like, such as serrano)
● 300 g of Manchego cheese
● Olive oil
● Aluminum foil
Preparation
1. Cut the cheese into strips the same size as the chiles and set aside.
2. Wash the chiles and cut off the stem, then open them horizontally and remove the veins, trying not to break them.
3. Fill them with cheese and seal them a little.
4. Wrap them in aluminum foil (remember to leave space inside so that the chile doesn't stick to the foil).
5. Place the chiles wrapped in aluminum foil in a frying pan over low heat, turning them occasionally until they are cooked on both sides.
6. Remove from the foil, sprinkle with crushed chile and serve.
