Mini sausage puffs
Ingredients
● 5 g of TERANA sesame seeds
● 200 g puff pastry
● 8 sausages
● 1 egg
● 50 g tomato puree
Preparation
1.Cut the puff pastry sheet about 3 to 4 centimeters wide.
2.Spread the tomato puree over the puff pastry (do not put too much puree because it can become very watery).
3.Cut the sausages into three and place a piece on the strip of dough and roll it up.
4.Cut off the excess.
5.Repeat the process until you finish with your dough.
6.Coat all your rolls with a little beaten egg with the help of a brush and spread the sesame seeds on them.
7.Bake at 180ºC for 25 minutes and serve warm.
