Cauliflower risotto

Ingredients

● ½ tablespoon TERANA garlic powder
● 1 tablespoon TERANA onion powder
● 1 packet of cauliflower rice
● 425 ml whipping cream
● 55g. butter
● 3 tablespoon lemon juice
● Salt and ground black pepper TERANA -after trying it-
● 85g. parmesan cheese
● 150g. of mushrooms

Preparation

1.In a saucepan add the cream, butter, onion powder and lemon juice.
2.Heat until gently boiling.
3.Add the previously washed and sliced ​​mushrooms.
4.Add the cauliflower and continue stirring frequently, for 10-15 minutes while it boils. Add salt and pepper to taste.
5.Add the coarsely grated parmesan cheese; It will melt as you add it. Stir for a few minutes.
6.Serve and enjoy a delicious, healthy dish full of nutrients!
