Acapulcan marinade
Ingredients
Take advantage of the delicious flavor of TERANA dried chiles to prepare an Acapulco Adobo and spread on chicken, pork or beef.
4 guajillo chili
2 ancho chili
20 g of TERANA crushed tree chili
1 tbsp butter
1/4 of onion
4 cloves of garlic
Favorite protein (Chicken, pork or beef)
15 g chopped parsley
salt and pepper
Preparation
1. First, devein and remove the seeds from the chiles.
2. Soak the chiles in boiling water for 30 minutes so that they are soft and can be blended well.
3. Add the chilies, butter, onion and garlic to a blender.
4. Grind until smooth and without large pieces.
5. Reserve.
6. Season the protein and cover with the marinade on all sides.
7. Marinate for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
8. Cook on a hot griddle with a little oil until the marinade has browned a little and serve.
