Vegetarian fajitas with guacamole

A delicious and practical recipe for enjoying vegetarian fajitas with guacamole at home.

Ingredients

● TERANA cayenne pepper
● 1 red pepper
● 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
● 1 green pepper cut into thin strips
● 1 onion cut into thin strips
● 1 zucchini cut into thin strips
● 300g crushed tomato
● chopped cilantro
● 8 Mexican tortillas
● 1 lemon
● Salt and pepper
● Homemade guacamole

1.Place a splash of oil in a frying pan and heat over low heat. Add the garlic cloves and cook for a few minutes until golden in color.
2.Add green peppers and onion cut into thin strips. Season with salt and pepper and let cook for about 5 minutes, over moderate heat.
3.Then add the zucchini, mixing it with the other ingredients and continue cooking for 5 more minutes.
4. After this time, add the ground cayenne pepper. This ingredient is optional, as is the amount you want to add. Also add the crushed tomato and mix, cooking for another 5 minutes.
5.Heat Mexican tortillas in a pan, spread them with guacamole and add a little lemon, decorate with chopped cilantro and Ajúa, enjoy!
