Vanilla panna cotta with red berries

A delicious and practical recipe to enjoy a vanilla panna cotta with red berries

- 500 ml single cream - 250 ml whole milk - 100 g sugar - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract - 5 g unflavored gelatin - 200 g fresh berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries) - 1 pinch of TERANA ground cinnamon
1. Hydrate the gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes.
2. In a saucepan, heat the cream, milk, sugar, and vanilla over medium heat.
3. Remove from heat before it boils. Add the hydrated gelatin and mix well until dissolved.
4. Pour the panna cotta into individual glasses and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
5. Before serving, garnish with fresh berries and sprinkle with a pinch of TERANA ground cinnamon.
