This dish of "Ribs al Pastor with TERANA Spices" is an easy-to-follow recipe full of flavor, perfect to surprise dad on his day. TERANA spices of ground cumin, ground oregano and chili powder give the ribs a special, authentic touch that the whole family will love. - 2 kilos of boneless pork ribs - 1/2 cup pineapple juice - 1/4 cup white vinegar - 1/4 cup orange juice - 1/4 cup chopped red onion - 2 cloves of garlic, minced - 1 tablespoon of annatto - 1 teaspoon of TERANA ground cumin - 1 teaspoon of TERANA ground oregano - 1/2 teaspoon TERANA crushed tree chili - 1/4 teaspoon TERANA ground black pepper - Salt to taste - Olive oil - Chopped fresh cilantro to decorate
1. In a large container, mix the pineapple juice, vinegar, orange juice, red onion, garlic, annatto, TERANA ground cumin, TERANA ground oregano, TERANA crushed tree chili, and pepper. ground black and salt.
2. Add the pork ribs to the marinade and mix well so that they are completely covered.
3. Cover the container and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or better yet, overnight.
4. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
5. Place the marinated ribs on a baking sheet greased with olive oil.
6. Bake the ribs for 2 hours, turning occasionally, until tender and golden brown.
7. Remove the ribs from the oven and let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
Serve the al pastor ribs with fresh chopped cilantro and enjoy a delicious main dish to celebrate dad.
