🍳 Start the week on the right foot and give your breakfasts a twist by preparing these Turkish eggs with mozzarella cheese. + Avocado oil +1 green pepper + 1 red pepper + 1 onion + 2 tomatoes + 4 hard-boiled eggs + Grated mozzarella + TERANA sweet paprika
1. First cut a green pepper, a red pepper and an onion into small pieces.
2. Slice two tomatoes and four hard-boiled eggs in half.
3. Add the onion and peppers to a pan with avocado oil.
4. Stir these ingredients until they are tender.
5. Place the tomato slices on top of the mixture and cook them on both sides.
6. Add the hard-boiled half eggs on top of the tomato slices and the grated mozzarella around them.
7. Add a touch of TERANA sweet paprika on top of the eggs and cover the pan. Finally, turn off the heat and wait 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted.
