Baked salmon with Mediterranean herbs
Ingredients
If you are looking for something simple, but with unique flavors, prepare a Baked Salmon with Mediterranean spices for this Back to School and don't waste your time.
- 2 salmon fillets
- 1 teaspoon of TERANA Gourmet Mediterranean style seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 cup black olives
- 1 red onion cut into slices
- 1 green pepper cut into strips
- Salt and TERANA ground black pepper to taste
Preparation
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
2. In a bowl, mix the salmon with TERANA Gourmet Mediterranean-style seasoning, olive oil, salt and TERANA ground black pepper.
3. Place the salmon on a baking sheet.
4. Distribute the cherry tomatoes, black olives, red onion and green pepper around the salmon.
5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked.
6. Serve with brown rice or quinoa.
