Ingredients
The "Strawberry and Smoke" cocktail is the choice for today on NATIONAL MEZCAL DAY, pride of Mexico! It is a favorite cocktail among bartenders in the country and the rest of the world.
Prepare it with TERANA!
Ingredients:
+ 4 strawberries
+ 1 tbsp sugar
+ 60 ml of mezcal
+ 30 ml cherry liqueur
+ 100 ml lemon juice
+ 2 tablespoons of TERANA ground chipotle chili
+ 1 lemon slice (or sour orange wedges)
Preparation
1. Prepare the glass or glass. Rub a lemon wedge over the edge. Adhere the TERANA ground chipotle chili to the edge and set aside.
2. Place the strawberries and sugar in the shaker.
3. Next, add the ice, mezcal, cherry liqueur, lemon juice and shake it.
