Jamaican water with spices

Ingredients

● 1 piece of TERANA star anise
● 1/4 tablespoon of TERANA ground cloves
● 1/4 tablespoon TERANA ground cardamom
● 1 cup of hibiscus flowers
● 1 packet of black tea
● 1 pinch of cinnamon
● 4 cups of water
● Ice to taste

Preparation

1. In a pot, place the hibiscus flowers, tea, anise, cloves, cardamom and cinnamon.
2. Add 2 cups of water and boil over low heat for 8 minutes.
3. Strain the preparation into a jug and add some hydrated hibiscus flowers.
4. Pour the rest of the water, and add some ice.
5. Let cool and serve.
6. You can add your favorite sweetener, cheers!
