Raspberry and rose cocktail with TERANA spices

Ingredients

This TERANA Spiced Raspberry Rose Cocktail is a lovely and refreshing option to celebrate love and friendship on a special occasion! 馃尮馃嵐
路 1 cup of fresh raspberries
路 1/4 cup sugar
路 1 tablespoon rose petals
路 10 TERANA pink pepper balls
路 1 sprig of fresh mint
路 2 cups of water
路 1 cup of ice
路 60 ml of vodka (optional)
路 1 lemon, cut into slices
路 Sparkling water

Preparation

1. In a small saucepan, combine the raspberries, sugar, rose petals, TERANA pink pepper and mint sprig. Add the 2 cups of water and bring the mixture to a boil.
2. Reduce the heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the raspberries are broken down and the mixture smells delicious.
3. Remove from heat and strain the mixture to obtain a syrup. Press the raspberries to extract all the liquid.
4. Let the syrup cool to room temperature and then refrigerate it until very cold.
5. In a tall glass, add ice and pour 30 ml of the raspberry and rose syrup. Add vodka if using.
6. Squeeze the juice of a lemon slice over the mixture and stir gently.
7. Fill the glass with sparkling water and garnish with more raspberries and a slice of lemon.

Serve with a sprig of mint for a fresh and aromatic touch.
