Coffee with orange

Ingredients

  • 200 ml of freshly brewed coffee
       2 oranges
       Powdered sugar
       chopped walnuts
       1 pinch of TERANA ground cinnamon
       1 stick of cinnamon and rosemary to decorate

Preparation

1. Grate the orange peels and squeeze them.
2. Heat the zest of the peels, a glass of water and the powdered sugar in a pot over high heat.
3. Mix for 5 minutes and then pass everything through a strainer. Allow it to cool.
4. Mix the cold coffee with the squeezed orange juice and syrup.
5. Place ice in a glass, pour the mixture and add the pinch of cinnamon.
6. Garnish with 1 cinnamon stick.
