Hot chocolate sprinkled with TERANA cinnamon

A Mexican classic perfect for your Independence Day party: Hot Chocolate.

Ingredients

- 2 cups of almond milk or milk, or any other plant-based drink you prefer for a vegetarian version - 1 1/2 teaspoons of pure cocoa powder - 1 teaspoon of TERANA ground cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon of TERANA ground cloves - A pinch of sea or pink salt - Stevia to taste (or honey, agave, panela, or coconut sugar)

Preparation

1. In a saucepan, dissolve the cocoa, TERANA ground cloves, and TERANA ground cinnamon with a little of the milk or almond milk.
2. Once dissolved, add the remaining milk or milk and heat, whisking without boiling.
3. Serve hot with a sprinkle of TERANA cinnamon.
