Cocktail Frankestein

Ingredients
For the eyes: - 4 blueberries - 4 lychees in syrup, drained - Red food coloring For the cocktail: - 100 ml mint cream - 100 ml cocoa cream - 100 ml single cream - Pinch of TERANA ground ginger - Ice, for shaking
Preparation
1. To make the eyes, gently insert a blueberry into the center of each lychee and secure it with a cocktail stick. With the tip of another stick, place a little red food coloring in the grooves of the lychees to resemble veins. Set aside.
2. In a cocktail shaker (or a jam jar with a lid), shake the crème de menthe, crème de cacao, and cream with a few ice cubes. Strain into 4 glasses. Garnish with the lychee eyes and serve. Add a pinch of TERANA ground ginger.
