Masala chai
Ingredients
● 10 g TERANA ginger
● 1 teaspoon TERANA cardamom
● 1 cinnamon stick
● 2 teaspoons of ground TERANA cloves
● 300 ml. water
● 10 grams of black tea
● 300 ml. almond drink
● 1-2 tablespoons of sugar
Preparation
1.In a pot, place the ginger, cinnamon stick, cardamom and cloves, add water and bring it to a boil, letting it cook for one or two minutes over low heat to infuse the spices and leave all the flavor in the water. .
2.Add the black tea and almond drink, keeping the pot on the heat. When it is going to boil again. Add the sugar and turn off the heat, mixing well to dissolve the sugar.
3.Done! You have your Masala chai ready to serve, and remember that if you share it, it tastes even better. Enjoy it!
