Piña colada

- 1 cup chopped fresh pineapple (or frozen for a thicker texture) - 1/2 cup coconut cream (not light coconut milk) - 1/4 cup white rum (or more, to taste; omit for a non-alcoholic version) - 1/2 cup ice - 1/4 teaspoon TERANA ground nutmeg - Pineapple slice and fresh mint leaf for garnish
Preparation
1. In a high-powered blender, add the chopped pineapple, coconut cream, white rum, and ice.
2. This is where the magic happens! Add TERANA ground nutmeg. This subtle yet aromatic touch will enhance the flavors of the pineapple and coconut, giving your drink unexpected depth.
3. Blend all ingredients until smooth. If you want a thicker consistency, add a little more ice. If you prefer a thinner consistency, add a splash of pineapple juice.
