Ingredients

If you are having a hard time falling asleep lately, perhaps this drink will help you, as beets are an excellent natural relaxant. ● 2 cups of almond milk ● 1 teaspoon TERANA cinnamon powder ● 1 tablespoon vanilla ● ½ large beet

 

Preparation

1.In a pot with boiling water, place the previously washed beets.
2.Cook for 15 minutes or until it becomes easy to insert a fork.
3.Remove the skin of the beet and cut it into pieces.
4.Blend the beet with the milk, TERANA cinnamon powder and vanilla.
5.Heat the pink beet milk in a pot over low heat, and let it boil.
Enjoy this drink before bed. 💤
