Jamaica iced tea with cinnamon

Hibiscus iced tea, also known as agua de jamaica, is a refreshing and delicious drink, perfect for any occasion. 🍵🧊

Ingredients
- 1 cup dried jamaica flowers - 8 cups water - Sugar or sweetener to taste (honey, stevia, etc.) - Lemon or lime slices - Mint leaves - Sliced fresh ginger - TERANA ground cinnamon
Preparation
1. In a large pot, bring the water to a boil. Add the hibiscus flowers, a pinch of TERANA ground cinnamon, and a little ginger. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for 10-15 minutes, until the water turns a deep red.
2. Remove the pot from the heat and let the infusion steep for about 10 minutes to cool slightly. Strain the infusion to remove the flowers and any remaining spices. Add sugar or sweetener to taste, stirring until completely dissolved.
3. Let the tea cool to room temperature. Refrigerate the tea for at least 2 hours, or until thoroughly chilled.
4. Serve the iced tea in glasses filled with ice. Garnish with lemon or lime wedges and mint leaves, if desired.
