Oatmeal with cardamom
Ingredients
Give the Special touch to your morning oatmeal, the best? Prepare it in just 5 minutes. 1 cup of oats ½ teaspoon TERANA ground cinnamon ¼ teaspoon TERANA cardamom 1 ½ cups soy (or almond) milk Nuts, chia seeds and your favorite fruit
Preparation
1.In a container, add the oats, cinnamon, cardamom and mix well with a spoon.
2.Add the soy milk and refrigerate overnight.
3.In the morning, serve and add nuts, your favorite fruit and chia seeds.
