Sirloin carpaccio
Ingredients
● TERANA seed mustard ● TERANA ground black pepper ● Beef sirloin, sliced into thin slices ● Salt ● Extra virgin olive oil ● Capers ● Parmesan Cheese ● Arugula to decorate
Preparation
1.The first thing to do is leave the tenderloin in the freezer for an hour and a half, until you notice that it begins to freeze, but it does not completely freeze.
2.Place a splash of olive oil on a plate.
3.Coat the carpaccio slices well, season with salt and pepper and add some capers, grain mustard and Parmesan cheese. *Remember that all this is added to taste.
4.Serve cold and decorate with arugula and parmesan cheese to taste.
