Fish ceviche
Ingredients
● Fish ceviche previously washed with cold water
● 1 teaspoon of TERANA oregano
● 400 g of white fish
● ½ red pepper, chopped into small cubes
● 2 jalapeño peppers, finely chopped
● ½ red onion, chopped
● Coriander
● 5 lemons
● Salt to taste
Preparation
1. Cut the fish into small pieces of approximately 1 cm x 1 cm and mix with the onion.
2. Add the red pepper, chili, salt and lemon juice.
3. Let it rest in the refrigerator for 45 minutes to an hour.
4. Place a slice of cooked potato on a plate and top it with 4 or 5 tablespoons of the ceviche without the juice.
5. Sprinkle with a little finely chopped cilantro and TERANA oregano.
6. Serve very cold.
