Ingredients

Spring has arrived! ๐ŸŒผ๐ŸŒธ๐ŸŒบ๐Ÿต๏ธ
Celebrate by preparing a very simple, nutritious and definitely delicious salad.

โ— Sweet corn
โ— Peas
โ— Green beans
โ— Carrots
โ— Broccoli
โ— Salt
โ— TERANA ground black pepper
โ— Apple cider vinegar
โ— Avocado oil
โ— Honey (optional)
โ— TERANA salad herbs

Preparation

For the vinaigrette
1.In a container add the apple cider vinegar, olive oil, honey, salt and TERANA ground black pepper to taste, mixing everything well.
For the salad
1.Cut the broccoli into small florets and parboil for five minutes.
2.Then let cool and cut them finely
3.In a salad bowl, add the corn, green beans, peas and broccoli.
4.Season with the dressing, add a few TERANA salad herbs, mixing well and enjoy.
