Spinach and salmon roll
Ingredients
● TERANA ground black pepper to taste ● 200 g spinach ● 3 yolks ● 100 g of cream ● ¾ cup flour ● Salt to taste ● 1 teaspoon chicken concentrate ● 3 egg whites, whipped For the filling: ● 1 teaspoon TERANA dill ● 2 bars of cream cheese ● 1 can of mushrooms ● 200 g of smoked salmon
Preparation
1. In a processor, grind the spinach and mix it together with the yolks and cream.
2. Add the previously sifted flour, season with salt, pepper and the chicken concentrate.
3. With the help of a mixer, whip the egg whites and add them in an envelope to the previous mixture.
4. Pour the mixture onto a tray lined with baking paper and distribute evenly.
5. Bake at 180° C for 15 to 20 minutes, then let it cool, and spread with the cream cheese (which you will have previously softened in the microwave for approx. 15 seconds and mixed with the dill).
6. Add the salmon, and roll it up with the help of the paper, carefully removing the roll.
7. Refrigerate for half an hour and cut into slices.
