Golden spiced almonds
Ingredients
If you get hungry every time you leave the house, bringing snacks will be the solution. And so that you don't break your diet, we give you this recipe for spiced almonds that will surely save you more than once a week.
● 1 cup raw, unsalted almonds
● ½ teaspoon TERANA oregano
● ½ teaspoon TERANA garlic powder
● ⅛ teaspoon TERANA cayenne powder
● 1 tablespoon nutritional or brewer's yeast
● 2 teaspoons pure Lee Kum Kee sesame oil
● ½ teaspoon salt
Preparation
1.Pour all the ingredients into a bowl and mix until well integrated.
2.Cook the almonds in a frying pan over medium heat for 5 minutes or until they turn golden.
