WHITE RICE WITH SPICES
Ingredients
● ½ teaspoon TERANA basil
● ½ teaspoon TERANA thyme
● ½ teaspoon TERANA oregano
● ½ teaspoon TERANA parsley
● 2 cups of white rice
● 4 cups chicken broth
● 2 tbsp oil
● 1/3 cup white onion
● 1/4 cups chopped celery
● 1 tbsp finely chopped chives
● Go out to taste
Preparation
1. In a deep pot, heat the oil and sauté the onion along with the celery and chives.
2. Add the chicken broth and add the basil, thyme, oregano and TERANA parsley. Once it starts to boil, lower the heat on the stove and simmer until the rice has absorbed all the liquid and the rice grains are soft.
3. Add salt to taste.
