Brussels Sprouts in the Air Fryer

Ingredients

● 1 teaspoon TERANA ground white pepper
● 450 g halved Brussels sprouts
● 1 tablespoon olive oil
● 1 teaspoon salt
● 1/4 cup garlic chili paste
● 1 tablespoon of honey
● Decoration: TERANA sesame seeds

Preparation

1.Toss Brussels sprouts, olive oil, salt, and TERANA ground white pepper in a large bowl until sprouts are well coated.
2.Place the Brussels sprouts in the basket of your air fryer.
3.Turn on your fryer at 200ºC for 18 minutes. Pause halfway through and shake the Brussels sprouts. Return to the fryer and finish roasting.
4.While they are cooking, mix the garlic chili paste, honey and two tablespoons of water in a small bowl. Place the bowl in the microwave and heat for one minute or until the sauce is hot.
5.Remove the basket from the air fryer and place the Brussels sprouts in a large bowl. Mix with the sauce while it is hot.
6.Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve immediately for the crispiest results.
