Tomato Salad with Panela
Ingredients
4 tomatoes, medium round
2 cups of panela cheese
TERANA basil leaves
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon white vinegar
1/2 lemon
TERANA ground black pepper to taste
Preparation
1.Slice the tomatoes into thin slices. with a serrated knife.
2.Slice the panela cheese also into slices.
3. Stir the oil, vinegar and lemon, season with TERANA salt and pepper, add 2 chopped basil leaves and stir.
4. Arrange on each plate a slice of tomato, then one of cheese, another of tomato and so on until completing the circle of the plate. Add the dressing and garnish with TERANA basil leaves. - Serve immediately
