Flaxseed cookies with oregano, thyme and paprika
Ingredients
● 1 teaspoon of TERANA sweet paprika
● 1 teaspoon TERANA oregano
● 1 teaspoon TERANA thyme
● 200 grams of flour
● ½ cup of flaxseed
● 1 egg
● 50 ml of olive oil
● 50 ml of water
● 1 teaspoon yeast
● 1 teaspoon salt
Preparation
1.Preheat the oven to 180º C
2.Beat the egg very well and then in a large container, add it along with all the ingredients.
3.Once they are all well integrated and have a dough texture, let them rest for a minimum of 30 minutes, covered with a cloth.
4.After that time, on a sheet of greaseproof paper (or the one you use to prevent your cookies from sticking) spread the dough with a rolling pin.
5.Using a pizza cutter or cookie cutter, shape your cookies into the desired shape.
6.Prick the dough a little with a fork on each cookie.
7.Place your tray in the oven for approximately 20 minutes *Don't forget to check continually so they don't burn.
8.Remove from the oven and add a little salt, shaking well so that they all have it.
