Avocado hummus
Ingredients
● 1 pinch of TERANA ground black pepper
● 1 avocado
● 1 cup of previously cooked chickpeas
● The juice of 1 lemon
● 1 tablespoon olive oil
● 1 pinch of salt
Preparation
1. Remove the pulp from the avocado and place it in the blender or food processor.
2. Add all remaining ingredients.
3. Blend them well until you achieve a homogeneous paste.
Ready! Like this or simpler?
