TERANA Spicy Sage Butter

Ingredients
● 100 g of butter
● 2 teaspoons TERANA sage
● ½ tablespoon TERANA nutmeg
● TERANA black pepper to taste
● TERANA crushed tree chili to taste
● 10 g of salt
● ½ peeled garlic
Preparation
● In a saucepan, heat the butter over low heat until it melts.
● Add 2 teaspoons of TERANA sage and mix with a wooden paddle for a couple of minutes.
● Add the salt and a little ground black pepper and ½ tablespoon of TERANA nutmeg. If you like it spicy, also add the TERANA crushed tree chili.
● Stir for 2 more minutes and add the peeled garlic.
● Pour the mixture into a small mold to cool.
● Serve with bread or crackers.
