Potato wedges with mustard

Ingredients

● 1 tablespoon TERANA parsley
● 1/2 teaspoon TERANA ground black pepper
● 1 tablespoon TERANA oregano
● 1 tablespoon TERANA rosemary
● 2 teaspoons of sea salt
● 1 tbsp paprika
● 480 g raw potatoes
● 4 shots of spray oil
● 2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
● 2 teaspoons olive oil

Preparation

1. Preheat the oven to 220°C
2. Cut all the potatoes into small wedges and blot excess moisture with a paper towel. Booking.
3. In a large bowl, mix the Dijon mustard, olive oil, TERANA rosemary, oregano and parsley, sea salt, TERANA ground black pepper and paprika.
4. Add the potatoes to the bowl and stir until well coated.
5. On a large baking sheet previously covered with wax paper, arrange the potatoes evenly and bake them for 20 minutes on one side, remove the potatoes and turn them so they bake on the opposite side. Repeat this until they turn golden brown.
