Homemade Applesauce
Ingredients
● TERANA ground cinnamon
● 600 g apples, peeled and cut into thin slices
● 60 g of cane sugar
● 1 knob of butter
● 1 pinch of salt
Preparation
1.Saute the apples in the butter for a few minutes in a pan large enough to have a single layer of the fruit.
2.Pour a ladle of hot water, stir and add the sugar without stopping stirring, then add the cinnamon (to your liking) to give it the desired flavor.
3.Continue cooking until the apples have completely broken down and turned into a sauce (if you prefer, you can put them in the blender).
4.Wait for it to cool and serve (you can also serve hot).
