Marinade sauce

Ingredients

🌶️ Marinade is a cooking technique that refers to the immersion of a raw food (usually meat) in a sauce prepared with spices and vinegar.
There are many types of adobo that vary from country to country, but here we want to share how to make Mexican adobo.
● 2 cloves of garlic
● 3 TERANA bay leaves
● ½ cup white vinegar
● 1 teaspoon TERANA black pepper
● 1 teaspoon TERANA ground cumin
● 1 teaspoon of TERANA ground oregano
● ½ teaspoon of salt with TERANA onion
● 2 pasilla chiles
● 4 guajillo chiles
● 2 ancho chiles

Preparation

1.Using scissors, cut the chiles in half and remove the seeds.
2.Put the chiles in a container with boiling water and leave them there for 30 minutes.
3.After the water cools, place the chiles in the blender along with all the spices, add a teaspoon of salt, the vinegar and half a cup of the water where the chiles were soaked.
4. Blend for 3 or 4 minutes until you obtain a velvety sauce.
