Plum sauce
Ingredients
● 1 teaspoon of TERANA crushed tree chili
● 1/2 teaspoon TERANA ground ginger
● 1 tablespoon muscovado sugar
● 1 tablespoon dehydrated onion
● 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
● 1 jar (340 grams) of plum jam
● 2 tablespoons white vinegar
Preparation
1.In a non-stick pan and pot, combine all the ingredients and stir continuously until it comes to a boil.
2.Turn off the heat and place your hot mixture in a glass jar and let it cool.
3.Once cold, you can refrigerate.

Tip: When you store your glass jars in the refrigerator, place them upside down, this will create a vacuum effect allowing your products to stay fresh for longer.
