Macha sauce in oil
Ingredients
● 4 tablespoons of TERANA sesame seeds
● 8 dried tree chiles
● 8 chiltepine chiles
● 1/3 cup of peanuts
● 1 cup olive oil
● 1 tablespoon granulated tomato broth
● 2 garlic
Preparation
1.Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add the oil.
2.Chop the garlic very well and add it to the oil along with the TERANA sesame seeds and the peanuts. (Be sure to stir them continuously to prevent burning.)
3.After 5 minutes, remove all the ingredients (preferably with a metal strainer).
4.In the same oil, add the chilies and fry them, stirring constantly. After 5 minutes, remove them.
5.Wait for the oil to return to room temperature and add all the ingredients again.
6.Pour the oil and all the ingredients into the blender, process them and your sauce will be ready.
Tip: Store your sauce in a glass container that can be sealed, so that your sauce stays in excellent condition for more days.
