Mexican Sauce
Ingredients
● TERANA sweet paprika
● 4 large tomatoes
● 4 cloves of garlic
● ½ roasted onion
● 2 jalapeno peppers
● 1 cup chopped cilantro
● 4 teaspoons lemon juice
● 2 pinches of coarse salt
Preparation
1.Place all the vegetables on paper, aluminum and roast them in the oven at high temperature for 6-8 minutes, take them out, turn them over and repeat the process for 6-8 more minutes.
2.Combine all the vegetables along with the coarse salt, cilantro and lemon juice in the blender or a molcajete to make it thicker.
Your sauce is ready to accompany whatever you like the most!
Note: You can also roast the ingredients in the pan over high heat, stirring occasionally.
