Keto tortillas
Ingredients
● 1 teaspoon TERANA cumin
● 1 cup almond flour
● 2 tablespoons of powder
● ⅔ warm water
● ¾ cup flaxseed meal
● 1 tablespoon of salt
● 2 tablespoons of ground chia
● ¼ cup coconut flour
● 2 tablespoons butter (or ghee or olive oil)
● 2 tablespoons psyllium powder or xanthan gum
Preparation
1.Mix all the ingredients in a deep bowl (except the butter). Add water if you see that the dough is dry.
2.Work the dough with your hands as if it were bread dough.
3.Make a ball and let it rest for 30 minutes to 1 hour in the refrigerator.
4.Take the dough out of the refrigerator and cut between 6 to 8 pieces.
5.Place a sheet of non-stick paper on a food cutting board, put a ball of dough and then another non-stick sheet on top.
6.Use a rolling pin to shape it into a tortilla.
7.Heat a frying pan with the butter (or olive oil) and cook the tortillas for 2 to 3 minutes on each side over medium heat.
