● TERANA ground black pepper ● 1 cucumber cut into two halves ● The juice of 4 lemons ● 1 serrano chili ● 3 white fish fillets cut into cubes (you can substitute 500 g of shrimp). ● Finely chopped red onion ● Corn toast to serve ● Salt to taste

 

1. Place half of the seeded cucumber, lemon juice, serrano chili and salt in the blender.
2. Pass the mixture through a strainer
3. Pour the mixture over the fish and refrigerate for 1 hour
4. Cut the other half of the cucumber into slices and place them on the fish, add a little salt and Terana ground black pepper
