🐥 Meatballs are a creative way to turn ground meat or chicken into a dish full of flavor. With or without sauce, this delicacy is an essential in any mother's recipe book. ● 500 g of ground chicken ● 1 tablespoon TERANA pesto seasoning ● 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce ● 1 tablespoon Maggi sauce ● 60 g goat cheese ● Salt to taste ● TERANA ground black pepper to taste ● 1 cup of white wine ● 2 cups Cirio crushed tomato sauce ● 1 red pepper ● ¼ onion ● TERANA chunked garlic ● 1 tablespoon avocado oil ● 1 tablespoon butter ● 1 egg ● 2 cups chopped spinach ● 1 cup chives
1.Start by seasoning the chicken with salt, pepper, TERANA seasoning pesto, Maggi and English.
2. Then mix with the cheese, chives, spinach and egg until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
3.In your hands, place a little oil and take a little of the mixture to make balls.
4.Preheat the pan with the butter and oil to seal the meatballs and once they are golden, remove them and set aside.
5.In the same pan, sauté the garlic, onion and pepper and add the puree and wine, cooking over low heat for 10 minutes.
6.Add the meatballs to the sauce and cook them for 10 minutes.
