● 3 teaspoons of TERANA ground cumin ● 1 teaspoon of TERANA sweet paprika ● 1 teaspoon TERANA ground ginger ● 1 teaspoon TERANA Indian style curry ● TERANA ground black pepper to taste ● Salt to taste ● 2 tuna loins ● 2 cloves of garlic ● Fresh coriander leaves ● The juice and zest of ½ lemon ● Olive oil
1. Start by preparing the marinade. To do this, chop the garlic and place it in a deep plate along with the rest of the spices (cumin, paprika, ginger, curry, lemon zest and a pinch of salt and pepper).
2. Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and lemon juice. Mix and reserve.
3. Season the tuna loins with salt and pepper and pour the marinade sauce over them. Mix well so that the fish is coated on both sides.
4. Heat a frying pan, add a little olive oil and cook the tuna for two minutes on each side, or until golden and cooked.
5. Let it rest and serve it accompanied by some fresh cilantro leaves
