Cod with green pepper

A delicious and practical recipe for enjoying cod with green pepper at home.

● 20 TERANA green peppercorns ● Salt-cooked cod ● 2 onions ● 1 leek (the green part) ● tablespoons chickpea flour ● large garlic cloves ● Extra virgin olive oil ● 50 ml whole milk ● Big potato
1.Once the cod has been desalted and dried, pass the pieces through chickpea flour. Put the olive oil in a saucepan and add the sliced garlic, stirring until golden and then set aside.
2.Seal the cod on both sides and remove them as well.
3.Now add the chopped onion and leek, sauté them over medium heat, stirring constantly. Add the leftover flour and add the TERANA green peppercorns, continue cooking until you get an almost puree onion.
4.Now add the glass of milk and when it begins to thicken, add the pieces of cod and the sliced garlic. Cook over low heat for approximately 12 minutes
5.Decorate to taste
