Skewers marinated with spices

A delicious and practical recipe for enjoying spiced skewers at home.

5g ginger 5 g TERANA turmeric 20 g TERANA Indian style curry 10 g TERANA sesame seeds TERANA ground black pepper 2 skinless chicken breasts 150 ml soy sauce 150 ml lemon 15 ml sunflower oil 5 g garlic salt Salt
1.In a container add the soy sauce, olive oil and lemon juice. Also add the Indian style curry, garlic powder, ginger, turmeric, sesame, salt and ground black pepper. Stir everything very well.
2.Cut the chicken breasts into cubes. Put them in the container from the previous preparation, cover with cellophane paper and let them rest for an hour in the refrigerator.
3.Take the chicken out of the refrigerator and form the skewers with wooden toothpicks.
4.Roast them on the grill or in a frying pan over medium-low heat until the chicken is golden brown.
5.While we do this, pour the soy preparation that you used to marinate the chicken into a pot and bring it to a boil. When it reaches boiling point, lower the heat to minimum and allow it to thicken slightly for about eight minutes.
They are ready! You can accompany them with a little white rice and roasted vegetables.
