Chicken skewers marinated in terana spices
Ingredients

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 2cm cubes
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of TERANA ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon of TERANA ground oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon TERANA sweet paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon TERANA crushed tree chili (optional)
- Salt and TERANA ground black pepper to taste
- 1 red pepper, cut into 2 cm pieces
- 1 green pepper, cut into 2 cm pieces
- 1 red onion, cut into 2 cm pieces
- 1 zucchini, cut into 2 cm pieces
- 4 wooden or metal skewers
Preparation
1. In a large bowl, combine the chicken, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, oregano, paprika, chile de artajado (if using), salt, and black pepper. ground. Mix well to coat the chicken evenly with the marinade.
2. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and marinate the chicken in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 8 hours.
3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

5. Grill the chicken and vegetable skewers for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked and the vegetables are tender.
6. Remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
