Air Fryer Fried Spiced Pumpkin

Ingredients

💪🏼 If what you are looking for this summer is to maintain your weight, a good idea is to cook your food in the air fryer, thus avoiding excess oil.
This spiced pumpkin recipe is a good example of doing so. In addition, it is a dish with vitamin C, an antioxidant that prevents aging, protects cells and strengthens the immune system.


   1 teaspoon TERANA oregano
   250 g pumpkin, peeled and cut into strips
   teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
   1/2 teaspoon cumin powder TERANA
   1 teaspoon TERANA sweet paprika
   1 teaspoon salt
   1 teaspoon vinegar
   1 pinch TERANA ground black pepper

Preparation

1. Mix all the ingredients and add them to the pumpkin.
2. Place the pumpkin in the air fryer for approximately 8 minutes. (You can add more or less minutes, depending on how crispy you want them.)
