Shrimp with pink sauce
Ingredients
● 1 kg of shrimp or prawns
● ½ red onion
● 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
● 1 tablespoon minced garlic
● 3 bay leaves
● 2 tablespoons of TERANA oregano
● ½ cup tomato sauce (ketchup)
● ½ cup mayonnaise
● 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
● Optional: Tabasco
