Fish ceviche
Ingredients
🐟 Good Friday has arrived and in many homes they usually eat fish.
Here we share a fresh recipe that we thought was the best idea to start your weekend on the right foot.
● 1 kg sawfish or grouper cut into cubes
● 20 lemons
● 1 red onion
● ½ cup cilantro
● 1 kg of tomato
● 3 serrano chiles
● 1 orange
● 2 handles
● Salt with TERANA celery
● TERANA ground black pepper
Preparation
1.Place the fish in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper, add the lemon juice and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
2.Finely chop the onion and cilantro, cut the tomato into small cubes, slice the chili into thin slices and the mango into small cubes.
3.Add the onion to the fish and let it rest for 10 minutes.
4.Add the tomato, cilantro, mango and chili. Mix them up.
5.Now add the orange juice and let it rest for 5 more minutes. Season with salt and pepper and serve with toast and avocado slices.
