Hamburger in love

A delicious and practical recipe to enjoy a burger in love at home.

● TERANA ground black pepper
● TERANA Turmeric
● 3 medium beets
● ½ cup of oats
● Salt to taste
● Goat cheese
● Feta cheese
● Lettuce
● Onion
● Red hamburger bun (we shared the recipe with you a few days ago)

February 14 has arrived and you have to be according to the occasion, we share with you this delicious and nutritious recipe for a hamburger in love. 1.Peel the beets and cut them into cubes, then boil them. You can check with a fork, if they flatten easily, they are ready.
2.When they are perfectly cooked, puree them with the help of a fork or blender.
3. Grind the oats separately until they are as fine as possible and then mix them with the beets.
4.Stir the ingredients well and if you notice that the mixture is dry, you can add a little water where the beets were cooked (*Not too much, since the dough should be compact)
5.Season with salt, pepper and turmeric
6.In a previously hot non-stick pan, place the beet burger medallions and cook as you would with a traditional one or you can even put it in a small oven for 5 minutes
7.Done! Add cheese, lettuce and onion to your burger (in addition to everything you like, of course)
